How to Read and Understand Odds

Understanding odds is essential for success in betting. Odds give you two key pieces of information: how likely you are to win, and how much you will receive if you do win.

Decimal Odds

Decimal odds are the most common format in Bangladesh and Asia. They are easy to understand — your total return = stake × odds.

Implied Probability

Odds of 1.80 mean the bookmaker estimates the probability of that outcome at ≈ 55.6%. Formula: 1 ÷ odds × 100 = probability (%). You can use this information to form your own assessment.
